October 2018, the North West Passage

Writer's picture: SAUVAGESAUVAGE

Unfortunately we could not go through; the ice conditions and Arctic summer temperatures did not allow it. The farthest West in The Arctic we have been was Bellot Strait but it was impassable. But what an adventure! It was unique; we could watch polar bears, walruses, belugas, orcas. We were living the ice, we saw all sorts of concentrations, it was stressful, beautiful, full of adrenalin, the arctic lights and arctic vibes are special, the cold. It was another dimension. Now we are back in Canada, Nova Scotia, we want to sail down south to Florida then Panama and go back to the Pacific Ocean for Polynesia.
